| Workshop 'Transformation in practice' | Atribit Advies (part of PinkRoccade, now GetronicsPinkRoccade) was specialised in organisational change & ICT-implementation. The Atribit Advies consultants organised a workshop, dealing with aspects of transformation and implemenation in the daily practice of ICT Consultants. |
| Training 'Insight in advisory processes' | Organisations and individuals are not always open to change and advice. The succes of an (ICT) Consultant does not only depend on the content of advice, it also depends on the ability to wield influence in an advisory role. This training dealt with how to deal explicitly with influence in an advisory role and how to apply it more effectively in advisory processes. This training was facilitated by Bureau Zuidema. |
| Inhouse Workshop | Inhouse workshop about delivering professional and commercial ICT consultancy services. Organised by Krauthammer International. To counter balance the commercial part of the workshop, there was also an inspiring lecture by Abraham de Cruijf, the writer of 'Ecocratie'. |
| Workshop Moderation | Workshop under the auspices of the Association of Moderators by Neuland. The Moderation Method (also known as the Metaplan Method) is a tool which can be used to facilitate collaborative sessions. |
| Session Leader Skills Groups Systems | Workshop organised by GroupSupport.com. GroupSystems is a set of tools to support group processes in face-to-face, electronic or blended meetings. This workshop dealt with learning how to facilitate meetings with GroupSystems. Meetings mediated by a tool like GroupSystems can be used for different occasions, like strategy sessions, decision making, brainstorms and planning sesssion. I worked for Connection1 with their own electronic conference table. |
